LOCAL RETURNS & EXCHANGES

IN-STORE

Items can be returned for exchange in-store at our Gulf City, La Romain, San Fernando location ‘La Vie 3:16’.

Please contact our Customer Service Officer at 868-653-6836 to request and schedule a return or email us at lavie316ll@gmail.com

Returned items MUST be accompanied with your printed online receipt. If you do not have a printed receipt the name on the order should be provided along with ID to verify the purchase.

If the item is not available for exchange, a credit note will be issued.

BY MAIL

LOCAL & INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

Customers are responsible for their return mailing and return shipping costs.

Please include the original packaging with your return. Print your order invoice and include in your package.

Ensure your items are securely packaged to prevent any damage in transit.

  • Refunds are issued only after the item is returned in-store or by mail.
  • Refunds for online purchases returned will be issued in the original form of payment or store credit within one (1) week. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
  • If you purchased using a gift card or store credit, a refund will be issued in the same form. The refund amount will include only the amount paid by you after any discount or reward was applied to the returned item(s).

SHIPPING REFUND

Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable. 

INTERNATIONAL EXCHANGES

We are unable to offer an exchange on returned items. A refund will be forthcoming upon receipt of returned items in good condition, that is, unwashed, unsoiled, odorless and with all tags intact.

If you require a different size or color of an item, a new order must be sent.
