LOCAL DELIVERY – Within Trinidad and Tobago

Local deliveries for lavie316kids.com is provided by the Trinidad and Tobago Postal Corporation (TTPOST).

  • Once orders are placed before 2pm, deliveries within network will be distributed 1-2 days after processing. 
  • ‘Within network’ constitutes major Towns/Cities ; Central, POS, to La Romain in the South, Arima in the East and Chaguaramas in the West.
  • All deliveries to remote areas outside of network (e.g. Valencia, Mayaro) will be distributed within 3-5 days after processing. 
  • Tobago deliveries are distributed within  3-5 days, after processing. 

Orders are not processed, shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. To ensure prompt delivery of your order, we recommend that you place your order by 2 pm Monday to Friday. Orders placed after 2 pm on Friday will be processed on the following business day.

There is no expedited shipping to Tobago. Upon delivery, the goods must be signed for if required by TTPOST.

IN-STORE PICK UP

Orders placed online for in-store pick up are processed and delivered to the store in 2-3 days.

A confirmation email will be sent to notify you that your package is ready for pickup.

Orders are not processed, shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. To ensure prompt delivery of your order, we recommend that you place your order by 2 pm Monday to Friday. Orders placed after 2 pm on Friday will be processed on the following business day.

Upon shipment of your order, you will receive a confirmation email including your tracking number. Please call/email TTPOST with tracking number. TTPOST Tracking System for local deliveries is being updated.

Please remember to check your confirmation e-mail for all the details of your order to ensure that the correct address was entered during checkout.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International shipping for lavie316kids.com is provided by the Trinidad and Tobago Postal Corporation (TTPOST) via Hummingbird Express.

INTERNATIONAL TRACKING

A confirmation email containing your tracking number will be sent upon shipment of your order.  To track your order please visit Package Tracking via TTPOST’s website.

ORDERING

Orders are packed and shipped Monday-Friday only, and after your credit card information is authorized. Orders placed on the weekends and select holidays are processed on the next business day.

If we are unable to process your order due to inaccurate or incomplete payment information, your order processing may be delayed an additional 2 business days.

CANCELLATION

Orders cannot be cancelled if they have already been dispatched but may be cancelled at any point before processing. A confirmation email will be sent within 24 hours (business days) of your order to inform you that your items have been shipped.

International shipping rates are calculated based on several factors, including:

  • Shipping service
  • Merchandise purchased
  • Weight of item(s)
  • Destination country/region

ORDER CANCELLATION

  • Ensure your order notification says ‘processing’. If order notification reads ‘completed’ then your order has been shipped.
  • Choose the order you would like to cancel and click on the ‘CANCEL’ button.

ABOUT YOUR ORDER

Processing‘ means we’ve received your order and are in the process of filling that order.

Complete’ means we’ve filled your order and it has been collected by our courier for shipping. 

Cancelled‘ means the order was cancelled by either the customer or by lavie316kids. If technical issues were involved, our Customer Service team will contact you.
