LOCAL DELIVERIES
Local deliveries are provided by the Trinidad and Tobago Postal Corporation (TTPOST).
Local orders are processed and delivered within 3-5 Business Days. Packages are delivered Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. for Local/Domestic orders. To ensure prompt delivery of your order, we recommend that you place your order by 2 pm Monday to Friday. Orders placed after 2 pm on Friday will be processed the next business day and delivered the following day.
Deliveries to remote areas for example, Toco and Moruga will be handled by TTPOST’s transport network and have a transport time of 4 to 6 business days.
Island to Island
There is no expedited shipping to Tobago. All shipments will be delivered within 5-10 business days. Upon delivery, signature confirmation will be required to complete the transaction.
DELIVERY CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING
Upon shipment of your order, a confirmation email including your tracking number will be sent to you. To track your order please call or email TTPOST with tracking number. Local tracking is presently manual. TTPOST is updating their Tracking system.
CANCELLING ORDERS
Orders cannot be cancelled once shipment is dispatched but a cancellation request may be submitted before processing. A confirmation email will be sent within 24 hours (dependent on it being a business day) of receipt of your order to notify the shipping of items.

Orders are packed and shipped Monday-Friday only, and after your credit card information is authorized. Orders placed on the weekends and holidays are processed on the next business day.
If we are unable to process your order due to inaccurate or incomplete payment information, your order processing may be delayed an additional 2 business days.
